Eis Greissler's first blue and white chequered ice cream shop opened in 2011 at Rotenturmstraße 14 in the heart of Vienna. Since then it has magically attracted ice cream enthusiasts from all over the world.
We were able to provide Eis Greissler with IT support for its impressive success story and implement an enterprise resource planning system with Odoo.

should be displayed via a user-friendly system that can be adapted to company processes if necessary. After a detailed requirements analysis Odoo was offered and implemented as the system of choice.
As part of the implementation, custom modules were developed - where necessary - to cover Eis Greissler's business processes as optimally as possible, including:
Individual webshop solutions for the catering trade customers
Adjustments in the barcode module to optimize scanning
Direct interfaces to logistics service providers (online data transfer and printing of GS1 shipment labels)
Adaption of business objects for the compliant presentation of food data
Eine zusätzliche Aufgabenstellung war es, Betriebsführungen, welche bei Eis Greissler angeboten werden, über Odoo zu verwalten und Online-Buchungen über die Webseite der Eismanufaktur zu ermöglichen. Da es ganz spezielle Kriterien über die Verfügbarkeit von freien Plätzen bei der Buchung gab, wurde die Entscheidung, ein individuelles Modul zu entwickeln getroffen.
