Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine:n Odoo Entwickler:in, der nicht nur Code schreibt, sondern Zusammenhänge versteht, Verantwortung übernimmt und KI-gestützte Lösungen mitgestalten möchte.
Was du bei uns machst
- Entwicklung und Anpassung von Odoo-Modulen (Backend & Frontend)
- Umsetzung kundenspezifischer Anforderungen: von der Bedarfsanalyse bis zum Go-Live
- Integration von KI-gestützten Funktionen in Odoo-Workflows
- Verantwortung für deine Tasks – du steuerst die Umsetzung und sorgst dafür, dass Ergebnisse geliefert werden
- Unterstützung bei der Systemarchitektur, Migrationen und Schnittstellen (REST, XML-RPC)
- Möglichkeit, dich in DevOps-Themen einzubringen und die Auslieferung zu verbessern
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektmanagement, Kunden und anderen Entwicklern
Was du mitbringen solltest
- Erfahrung mit Odoo
- Solide Python-Kenntnisse und Grundverständnis von relationalen Datenbanken (PostgreSQL)
- Know-how in Frontend-Technologien (XML, JavaScript, QWeb) von Vorteil
- Interesse an Architekturverständnis – du verstehst, wie Module zusammenwirken und Systeme skalieren (nice to have)
- Erste Erfahrungen mit DevOps-Themen wie Deployment, Docker, CI/CD (nice to have)
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein: Du bleibst an Aufgaben dran, bis sie wirklich erledigt sind
- Interesse und Erfahrung im Umgang mit KI-Tools (z. B. ChatGPT, Copilot, LLM-Integration)
- Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten, Hausverstand und lösungsorientiertes Denken
- Branchenwissen in Logistik oder Gesundheitsfachhandel ist ein großes Plus
- "Have you tried turning it off and on again" doesn't send you into spontaneous fits of frustration.

We offer a part-time (from 30 h) or full-time position (38.5 hours per week) and are looking forward to reinforcements as of now. The minimum salary for this position according to the collective agreement is EUR 3.077 gross per month (ST1/entry level). We will determine your actual salary together. It is in line with the market and depends on qualifications and previous experience.
