Since April 1st 2017 the cash register security regulation is in force in Austria (Registrierkassensicherheitsverordnung or RKSV for short). From this point onward, cash registers must fulfill a variety of requirements, such as providing each document with a machine-readable code, containing an electronic signature.

With our cash register module for Odoo, we have incorporated all relevant requirements into Odoo, making the Odoo POS-module all set for the Austrian market.
