Implementation of a complete booking system with optimized ticket store for planning an experience day at Eis Greissler incl. ticket booking and table reservation. In addition, a handheld solution for validating tickets and printing options was created.

In order to work even more efficiently and provide an optimized user experience, the new booking system should fulfill the following functions:
Definition and prediction of available resources and compliance with the COVID-19 prevention concept.
Booking of tickets and reservation of tables in the gastronomy area (connection to an industry standard gastronomy system)
more flexibility for customers by allowing them to change tickets for a small change fee
Connections for printing invoice receipts, daily and annual tickets
Handheld solution for smooth validation of pre-booked tickets at on-site admissions
With SUPPLiot we have found a reliable partner - from planning to implementation of a new booking and reservation platform with interfaces to our existing, industry-specific software solutions. Both company-specific and legal requirements (in particular COVID-19) were addressed in a very solution-oriented manner and thus an optimal overall concept was developed and implemented for Eis Greissler.
When implementing the project, we deliberately wanted to stay as close as possible to the Odoo standard and create a practical solution that would run stably on site, even during the peak season on days with record numbers of visitors.
Ticket store & booking system
Until now, users who wanted to buy admission to the theme park and book a table had to use two booking systems. This is now a thing of the past. Users now use an optimized booking system that covers the entire range of offers and is now also designed to be more user-friendly.
The dates and available seats in the adventure park are managed from Odoo. Via a connection to the industry software used in the gastronomy sector, the available tables are also displayed.
Validate and print tickets
On site, there was a need to be able to print daily and annual tickets as well as cash register receipts. In the course of this, we took a close look at the printing options from Odoo. Details of our findings in this regard can be found in our blog post here .
In addition, the original admission system to the adventure park has been replaced. Tickets are now scanned and thus validated via handheld devices on site at the entrance.
