Privacy Policy

The protection of your personal data is very important to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory regulations (GDPR, Telecommunications Act 2003). In this data protection information we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within our website.

When you visit our website, your IP address, beginning and end of the session are recorded for the duration of this session. This is due to technical reasons and thus constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. As far as nothing else is regulated in the following, these data will not be further processed by us.

Contact with us. If you contact us via the form on the website or by e-mail, your data will be stored for six months for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

Cookies. Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your terminal device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any damage. We use cookies to make our offer user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your terminal device until you delete them. They enable us to recognise your browser on your next visit. If you do not wish this, you can set up your browser to inform you about the setting of cookies and to allow this only in individual cases. If you deactivate cookies, the functionality of our website may be limited.

Web analysis. Our website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. Cookies are used for this purpose, which enable an analysis of the use of the website by your users. The information thus generated is transferred to the provider's server and stored there. You can prevent this by setting your browser so that no cookies are stored. We have concluded a corresponding contract with the provider for commissioned data processing. Your IP address is recorded, but immediately pseudonymised. Therefore only a rough localization is possible. The relationship with the web analytics provider is based on an adequacy decision of the European Commission (Privacy Shield). Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions given in Art. 96 (3) TKG and Art. 6 (1) (a) (consent) and/or (1) (f) (legitimate interest) of GDPR. Our concern in terms of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our web presence. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymised. The user data is stored for a period of 14 months.

Newsletter. You have the possibility to subscribe to our newsletter via our website. For this we need your e-mail address and your declaration that you agree to receive the newsletter. You can cancel your subscription to the newsletter at any time. Please send your cancellation to the following e-mail address: hello@suppliot.eu. We will then immediately delete your data in connection with the newsletter dispatch. This revocation does not affect the legality of the processing that took place on the basis of the agreement until the revocation.

Your rights. With regard to your data stored with us, you are entitled to the rights of information, correction, deletion, restriction, data transferability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection rights have otherwise been violated in any way, you can complain to us (hello@suppliot.eu) or the data protection authority.
