Health insurance billing and e-card connection
All orders from the point of sale and sales come together in a central billing platform. Odoo automatically checks for missing data and creates billing files that comply with the insurers’ requirements.

What is Odoo 4 medical?
Odoo 4 medical is industry software for medical supply stores, bandagists and orthopaedic technicians. It extends the ERP system Odoo with health insurance billing, e-card queries and industry-specific point-of-sale and sales processes.
Is the point of sale RKSV-compliant?
Yes. With the SUPPLiot RKSV module included in the package, the Odoo point of sale complies with the Austrian Cash Register Security Regulation (RKSV).
How do e-card queries work?
Odoo 4 medical communicates directly with the GINO component installed at your premises and retrieves entitlements, master data and information on co-insured persons. Queries are possible both from the point of sale and from the back end.
Which tariffs are included?
The OST tariff is included in Odoo 4 medical. On request, we also maintain additional tariffs such as SVS Spezialitäten, ÖGK NÖ or ÖGK Tirol: we assign your products, update tariff changes and check before billing the insurers.
